Hi:

I have a problem about user group in bugzilla.
We have 3 bug web server (A, B, C), all use the same mysql database (set in localconfig file),
When I add user tta to group FAE,
After user tta login to web server A and B, he will found his account in group FAE
(by click preferences-permissions),
But if user tta login to web server C , he is not in group FAE,
I can not know what's happened with it.

Can you give me any help?

Some group settings are not stored in the database, but in
data/params.json instead per Bugzilla installation. So check those
settings in the Admin-UI.
