Rally Bugzilla connector issue

I have installed Bugzilla 4.4.1 on Windows 7 on Apache web server,
ca agile central rally connector 4.6.5.

If you setup a new system, you shoudl start with the latest stable
one, which is 5.0.x currently.

After configuring and executing connector I am getting below error.

connect to Bugzilla server at xxxxxxx.com:8080 - 757: unexpected

It seems configuration folder is missing inside bugzilla, could you please guide me on this?

Bugzilla doesn't use a "configuration"-folder, so refer to the manual
of your connector on why it requests that URL and what you need to do
to make it available within Bugzilla. Normally, Bugzilla wouldn't be
hosted under "[...]:8080" as well and such a port is not used in the
official docs, so you seem to have a pretty custom setup.
