Bugzilla 5.0.3_Mid-air collision issue

Hi,

We have installed Bugzilla 5.0.3 on CentOS 6.10. Since last one day, we are getting Mid-air collision problem (screenshot attached).
Any suggestion?

This list removes most atatchments, if those are absolutely necessary,
host them elsewhere and provide a link. In general prefer text.

As for your problem, midair collisions are a user error most likely,
those happen if people submit forms with old tokens, e.g. because they
opened a site, submitted a form, used the back button of the browser
and resubmitted the same form with the old token again. Bugzilla
checks those things and warns the user.
