Bugzilla 5.0 can't send mail SMTP Error " process_bug.cgi: Element at index 0/0 contains empty address at lib/Email/MIME/Encode.pm line 153"

Hi Bugzilla Support

We already implement Bugzilla v5.0 on OracleLinux 7_x64 with database Oracle database 11g Express edition. Perl version v5.16.3, And module perl install all module complete. But bugzilla can't notification email to user. I found error in http error log write

"[cgi:error] [pid 10874] [client xx.xx.xx.xx:5212] AH01215: [Wed Oct 24 19:54:32 2018] process_bug.cgi: Element at index 0/0 contains empty address at lib/Email/MIME/Encode.pm line 153., referer: http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8118/xxxx/show_bug.cgi?id=898"

How to resolve this case.

This looks like you have used install-module.pl to install Bugzilla
private packages. If I was you, I would start with emptying the lib
folder and installing all packages using the package manager first,
only what is not provided using install-module.pl.

Packages installed using CPAN, which install-module.pl does, are very
often not compatible across upgrades of distributions or even
different versions of Perl within the same version of a distribution.
If that works or not totally depends on the packages, so always prefer
your package manager unless you have very good reasons not to.
