Bugzilla Email Notification Error out

Dear Support,

For Bugzilla email notification we are using Microsoft Exchange server. In Email parameters we are given the below parameters but we are getting the below error while sending mail.

mail_delivery_method - SMTP
mailfrom - given mail id
use_mailer_queue - OFF
smtpserver - smtp server details given
smtp_username - given mail id
smtp_password - given mail password
smtp_ssl - ON
smtp_debug - ON
whinedays - 7
globalwatchers - Blank

Please help us to resolve the issue.

There's a debug setting for SMTP, enable that, trigger the error and
have a look at the log of your web server for additional details.
You could have made a mistake, so try to send mails using SMTP
manually from the server hosting Bugzilla using telnet or such. There
