error in opening bugzilla

hi all,

am getting following error while i try open bugzilla in my laptop(ubuntu 16.04)
kindly help me to fix this issue.


Software error:
The ./data/params.json file does not exist. You probably need to run checksetup.pl. at Bugzilla/Config.pm line 334.
Compilation failed in require at /var/www/html/bugzilla/index.cgi line 15.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /var/www/html/bugzilla/index.cgi line 15.
