fk_fix.pl script

Hello,
I was reading the following bug report, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=534023 , it states there is a script fk_fix.pl that fixes a sql migration from 5.0 to 5.6. Does anyone have a location for it?

I don't read anything regarding a concrete version of MySQL in that
report and additionally it reads highly RedHat-specific to me as well,
besides it's for a very, very old version of Bugzilla.

It might be better to tell us about the problem you have you are
a trying to fix with that script.
