Unable to send emails

Hi,
I am using Bugzilla version 5.0. Till date emails were being sent successfully but from last 1 month; emails are not being sent. I am using Office365 smtp settings for the same.

Please help us on this.

The error message you get would be of help, if you don't get any,
enable SMTP debugging in the admin-UI of Bugzilla and have a look at
your web server's log.

Additionally, if things have worked before and don't anymore, try to
remember what has changed in your setup and revert it.
